Cookie policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser on your device when you visit a website. They enable the working session to function correctly and protect against certain cyber attacks.
2. Cookies used by the platform
SI AKIS uses strictly necessary cookies only. The platform does not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies and does not track users for marketing purposes.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
JSESSIONID | Working session identifier: maintains authentication in the personal cabinet and the language preference (Romanian/English) for the duration of the visit. | Session — deleted when the browser closes |
XSRF-TOKEN | Security protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks when submitting forms. | Session |
The interactive map uses a base map layer served through the platform's own infrastructure; displaying the map does not set third-party cookies.
3. Legal basis
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, as they are indispensable for providing the service requested by the user. For this reason the platform does not display a cookie consent banner.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Blocking strictly necessary cookies will make it impossible to sign in to the personal cabinet or submit forms.
5. Changes and contact
Any change to the list of cookies is published on this page. Questions: cancelaria@maia.gov.md.
